Refund Policy
Without clear unboxing footage from all angles in proper lighting, we won’t be able to accept any complaints. We kindly request you to record a complete unboxing video to help us assist you better.
WE DO NOT TAKE ANY LIABILITY REGARDING THE TASTE / MIXABILITY OF THE PRODUCT. If there is any concern, you need to raise it to Brand and there is no return/replacement for the same.
We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Gainsx.in – you can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure that the product is unused, and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.
Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged item, wrong product, or missing units in my order?
A: If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging, MRP Hologram, Batch Number, and images of products received with tax invoice copy to our customer care at care@gainsx.in and you will get a revert in 24 hours.
Remark – As per our Return Policy you need to raise concern within 7 days along with proper product images and unboxing videos. Seven days after the good is delivered, complaints won’t be accepted.

Clearance Sale & Discounted Items
All clearance sale, discounted, promotional, and special-offer supplements are sold on a final-sale basis and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless required by applicable law.
If a return is authorized by us, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. The customer must provide a valid tracking number and proof of shipment.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the item to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund. Refunds, if approved, will be processed only after the inspection has been successfully completed.
We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request if the returned product is found to be opened, used, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible under our return policy.
